<\/span>Si prega di notare che le licenze digitali possono essere rimborsate solo in caso di guasto. Non possiamo rimborsare una licenza gi\u00e0 attivata. Per ottenere il rimborso \u00e8 necessario contattarci via e-mail all'indirizzo support@theunitysoft.com entro 30 giorni dall'acquisto. \u00c8 necessario fornirci il numero d'ordine e il numero della chiave di licenza. <\/span>
<\/span>Al momento della segnalazione di un prodotto difettoso, provvederemo a diagnosticare il guasto e a fornire procedure di risoluzione dei problemi entro 24 ore.<\/span><\/p>

Se non siamo in grado di risolvere il guasto, forniremo un prodotto sostitutivo o un rimborso completo. La nostra promessa \u00e8 che se ci contattate per ricevere assistenza e non riusciamo a risolvere un problema tecnico, vi offriremo un rimborso completo. <\/span>Il rimborso richiede 5-10 giorni lavorativi per essere elaborato.<\/b><\/p>

Tieni presente che tutte le licenze vendute da TheUnitySoft sono valide per 1 solo PC e non possono essere trasferite su un altro PC.<\/span><\/p>

La compatibilit\u00e0 del software \u00e8 interamente a carico del cliente che \u00e8 tenuto a verificarla in quanto siamo venditori di licenze, tutto il software \u00e8 fornito da Microsoft e di propriet\u00e0 di tale azienda, pertanto non saranno concessi rimborsi per problemi di compatibilit\u00e0 del software.<\/span><\/p>

I codici chiave difettosi saranno sostituiti o rimborsati a scelta del cliente. I codici difettosi possono essere dimostrati solo da noi tramite un output di Microsoft PID Checker.<\/span><\/p>

TheUnitySoft non si assume alcuna responsabilit\u00e0 per eventuali problemi locali sottostanti del computer che potrebbero impedire il normale funzionamento di qualsiasi software.<\/span><\/p>
