Hoe snel ontvang ik mijn licentie?<\/b>

Zodra uw betaling is bevestigd, ontvangt u een e-mail met de productcode, een directe downloadlink naar de offici\u00eble installatiemedia en stapsgewijze instructies.<\/p><\/div>

Wat krijg ik precies?<\/b>

Een productcode, een downloadlink voor het offici\u00eble installatieprogramma van Microsoft of Adobe, schriftelijke installatie-instructies en een factuur. Alles komt in \u00e9\u00e9n e-mail binnen.<\/p><\/div>

Ik heb mijn e-mail niet ontvangen \u2013 wat nu?<\/b>

Controleer eerst uw spam- of promotiemap, aangezien geautomatiseerde e-mails daar soms terechtkomen. Als het daar niet staat, schrijf dan naar support@theunitysoft.com met uw bestelnummer en dan sturen we het opnieuw.<\/p><\/div>

Kan ik meerdere licenties tegelijk bestellen?<\/b>

Ja. Voeg de gewenste hoeveelheid toe aan de winkelmand \u2013 er is geen minimum- of maximumaantal. Neem voor grotere uitrolprojecten contact met ons op, dan stellen we een offerte op maat voor u samen.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Licenties en activatie<\/h3>
Zijn dit echte licenties?<\/b>

Ja. Elke sleutel die we verkopen is gloednieuw en wordt direct geactiveerd op de activeringsservers van de fabrikant. Als een sleutel ooit niet kan worden geactiveerd, vervangen we deze.<\/p><\/div>

Verloopt de licentie?<\/b>

Onze Microsoft-licenties zijn eeuwigdurend: \u00e9\u00e9n betaling, geen abonnement, geen vervaldatum. De Adobe Creative Cloud-licentie heeft een vaste looptijd van twaalf maanden, zoals duidelijk vermeld staat op de productpagina.<\/p><\/div>

Hoeveel apparaten dekt \u00e9\u00e9n licentie?<\/b>

Een. Elke licentie activeert \u00e9\u00e9n enkele pc of Mac. Als je meerdere apparaten nodig hebt, bestel dan het bijbehorende aantal licenties.<\/p><\/div>

Kan ik een licentie overmaken naar een nieuwe computer?<\/b>

Een permanente winkellicentie kan normaal gesproken worden overgedragen naar een vervangende computer zodra deze op de oude is gedeactiveerd. Neem contact op met onze support en wij begeleiden u er stap voor stap doorheen.<\/p><\/div>

De sleutel wil niet activeren. Wat moet ik doen?<\/b>

Schrijf ons met uw bestelnummer en de exacte foutmelding. In de meeste gevallen is dit een kleine niet-overeenkomst tussen editie en sleutel, die we meestal snel kunnen oplossen. Als de sleutel inderdaad defect is, krijgt u een vervangend exemplaar.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Betalingen & facturen<\/h3>
Welke betaalmethoden accepteren jullie?<\/b>

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard en Visa, verwerkt via een versleutelde betaalomgeving. Wij zien of bewaren je kaartgegevens nooit.<\/p><\/div>

Ontvang ik een juiste factuur?<\/b>

Ja. Elke bestelling genereert automatisch een factuur, die per e-mail samen met je licentiegegevens wordt verzonden.<\/p><\/div>

Is de kassa beveiligd?<\/b>

Ja. De hele checkout verloopt via een versleutelde verbinding en betalingen worden afgehandeld door onze betaalprovider. Kaartgegevens raken onze servers nooit.<\/p><\/div>

In welke valuta worden mijn kosten in rekening gebracht?<\/b>

Prijzen worden weergegeven en in rekening gebracht in Britse ponden (GBP).<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Ja. Schrijf naar support@theunitysoft.com of stuur ons een bericht via WhatsApp op +44 20 8133 0950. Er beantwoordt een persoon \u2013 v\u00f3\u00f3r je aankoop en lang daarna.<\/p><\/div>

Wat zijn jullie openingstijden voor de ondersteuning?<\/b>

Maandag tot en met vrijdag. We reageren meestal binnen een paar uur; de meeste vragen worden op dezelfde werkdag beantwoord.<\/p><\/div>

Kan ik een licentie retourneren?<\/b>

Digitale licenties vallen onder ons restitutiebeleid, dat u onderaan de pagina kunt vinden bij Restituties en retouren. Als een sleutel niet werkt, vervangen we deze altijd of krijgt u uw geld terug \u2013 geheel kosteloos.<\/p><\/div>

Waar kan ik mijn sleutels en downloads ook alweer zien?<\/b>

Log in op uw account en open Downloads en sleutels<\/a>. Elke licentie die u ooit heeft besteld, staat daar vermeld, inclusief de downloadlinks.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
