<\/span>Let op: digitale licenties kunnen alleen worden terugbetaald in geval van een storing. We kunnen een reeds geactiveerde licentie niet retourneren. Om de terugbetaling te ontvangen, moet u binnen 30 dagen na de aankoop contact met ons opnemen via e-mail op support@theunitysoft.com. U dient ons uw bestelnummer en licentiesleutelnummer te verstrekken. <\/span>
<\/span>Wanneer u een defect product aan ons meldt, diagnosticeren wij het defect en verstrekken wij binnen 24 uur stappen voor probleemoplossing om het op te lossen.<\/span><\/p>

Als we het defect niet kunnen verhelpen, zorgen we voor een vervangend product of een volledige terugbetaling. Onze belofte is dat als u contact met ons opneemt voor hulp en wij een technisch probleem niet kunnen oplossen, we een volledige terugbetaling bieden. <\/span>De terugbetaling duurt 5-10 werkdagen om te worden verwerkt.<\/b><\/p>

Houd er rekening mee dat alle licenties die door TheUnitySoft worden verkocht geldig zijn voor 1 unieke pc en niet kunnen worden overgedragen naar een andere pc.<\/span><\/p>

Het controleren van de softwarecompatibiliteit is uitsluitend de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant, aangezien wij de licentieverkoper zijn. Alle software wordt geleverd door Microsoft en valt onder het auteursrecht van dat bedrijf; er worden dan ook geen terugbetalingen verstrekt op basis van de compatibiliteit van de software.<\/span><\/p>

Defecte sleutelcodes worden naar keuze van de klant vervangen of terugbetaald. Defecte codes kunnen door ons alleen worden bewezen aan de hand van een uitvoer van de Microsoft PID Checker.<\/span><\/p>

TheUnitySoft neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid voor onderliggende lokale problemen met de computer die de normale werking van enige software kunnen verhinderen.<\/span><\/p>

Alle producten verkocht door TheUnitySoft zijn inclusief een garantie van 1 jaar voor herinstallatie- en pc-resetgevallen en gratis live chat- \/ e-mailondersteuning.<\/span><\/p>
