As soon as your payment is confirmed, an email arrives with the product key, a direct download link to the official installation media and step-by-step instructions.

A product key, a download link for the official Microsoft or Adobe installer, written installation instructions and an invoice. Everything arrives in one email.

Please check your spam or promotions folder first, as automated delivery emails occasionally land there. If it is not there, write to support@theunitysoft.com with your order number and we will resend it.

Yes. Add the quantity you need to the basket – there is no volume minimum and no maximum. For larger rollouts, contact us and we will put together an individual quote.

Yes. Every key we sell is brand new and activates directly against the manufacturer’s activation servers. If a key ever fails to activate, we replace it.

Our Microsoft licences are perpetual: one payment, no subscription, no expiry date. The Adobe Creative Cloud licence is a fixed twelve-month term, which is stated clearly on its product page.

One. Each licence activates a single PC or Mac. If you need several machines, order the corresponding number of licences.

A retail perpetual licence can normally be transferred to a replacement machine once it has been deactivated on the old one. Contact our support and we will walk you through it.

Write to us with your order number and the exact error message. In most cases it is a small mismatch between edition and key, which we can usually resolve quickly. If the key really is at fault, you get a replacement.

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard and Visa, processed through an encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Yes. Every order automatically generates an invoice, which arrives by email together with your licence details.

Yes. The whole checkout runs over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by our payment provider. Card data never touches our servers.

Monday to Friday. We normally reply within a few hours; most questions are answered the same working day.

Digital licences are covered by our refund policy, which you will find in the footer under Refund & Returns. If a key does not work, we always replace it or refund you – free of charge.
